We provide free returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused, and undamaged products in their original packaging. To begin a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will supply a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned items are received and inspected. Perishable goods that have been opened or damaged may not be eligible for return. Final-sale items are excluded unless they arrived defective.
